5 Hidden Paradise Destinations Near Sire Beach

North Lombok has a habit of rewarding people who go a little further than the main road. A few places worth the detour, all within reach of Sire Beach:

Gili Islands, by boat from nearby harbors. Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, and Gili Air are each a short crossing away and each has its own personality — Trawangan louder, Meno and Air quieter and better for snorkeling.

Sira Beach at low tide. The stretch closest to The Kori Sire changes completely at low tide, exposing tide pools and a much wider stretch of sand — worth timing a walk around.

Tanjung fish market, early morning. Not a polished attraction, but an honest look at how the coast actually runs, and a good stop before breakfast.

The inland rice terraces toward Senaru. A longer drive, but a real change of scenery — green instead of blue, and a good half-day trip if you want a break from the beach.

Mount Rinjani's lower trails. You don't need to summit to get something out of Rinjani — the lower trailheads offer shorter hikes with views back down to the coast.
